An online store where ordering is easy

We build the store around how people really buy. Products are quick to find, the cart is clear and delivery goes straight to the courier. Google and AI assistants understand your products too.

How it works

An online store that helps you reach more customers

A store is not a catalogue with a “Buy” button. We connect it to Econt, Speedy and parcel lockers. You add and change products easily, with sizes, colours and size charts, customers pay the way that suits them, and you see sales reports. We show you how to work with all of it.

We make the store fast and give every product clear details, because more and more people look for what to buy through ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Finally, we add the features specific to your business.

A store that sells even while you sleep

What matters is less the shop window and more how easily people reach payment and how much time each order costs you.

  1. Customers get lost in the catalogue and close the page.
Filters and search take them to the product in a few clicks.
  2. Every shipment means filling in a waybill by hand.
Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW labels are created from the order itself.
  3. The cart asks too much and orders are left unfinished.
Checkout is short, with clear steps, delivery calculated instantly and payment in a few taps.
  4. You can't tell which products make a profit.
Reports show what sells, when and to whom.

What you get

A store ready to take orders, and we show you how to run it.

A store built around how people buy

Categories, filters, product pages and a cart laid out with as few steps as possible between wanting a product and paying for it.

Products with variations

Sizes, colours, stock levels and size charts that are easy to enter.

Couriers and labels

Connection to Econt, Speedy and lockers like BOX NOW: labels print from the order and customers track their parcels.

Reports

Sales by period and by product, so you know what makes a profit.

Uploading products from a file

Upload many products at once from a file, instead of one by one.

Notifications

An email to the customer and to you for every order and every status change.

Products visible in Google and AI

Your products appear in Google Shopping and AI assistants understand them, because every product is described the way they read it.

What the price includes and what it doesn’t

Included

  • Custom design of the home, category and product pages
  • Ordering and payment tested on phone and computer
  • Connection to one courier and one payment method
  • Uploading your first catalogue from your own file
  • Basic setup so people find you on Google

Not included

  • Domain, hosting and the secure connection certificate: they belong to you

  • Subscriptions for paid add-ons
  • Ad budget

A link to your stock system and a second courier usually come at a later stage, once the store is running, and we quote them separately.

How a project runs

Step 1 of 6Setting the goals

We start with what your business needs, not with the design: what the website has to achieve and for whom, and how we will know it works. Those answers set the scope, the plan and the schedule.

Step 2 of 6Analysis and structure

We look at your competitors, your customers and the questions people use to find your products on Google and in AI assistants. From that we decide what goes where and how people get to it.

Step 3 of 6Design

Our designers make the design just for you; we don't adapt a ready-made theme. You see it before development starts, so changes are made on paper, not in code.

Step 4 of 6Build

We turn the approved design into a working website. You get access to a test version and watch it take shape, instead of waiting for the finished website.

Step 5 of 6Quality assurance

Before launch we test speed, security, accessibility and the whole path from product to order on real devices and browsers. Problems get caught here, not by your customers.

Step 6 of 6Launch and support

We put the store live, show you how to run it and stay available. A maintenance plan with updates, backups and security monitoring is there if you want it, not an obligation.

Frequently asked questions

What system do you build stores on?

Mostly WooCommerce, when the store is part of a website with articles and a blog and you want the most flexibility. OpenCart, when you have many products and managing them quickly matters most. We recommend one once we see what you sell and how much of it.

Can you move my existing store?

Yes. We move products, categories, customers and orders, and redirect the old addresses to the new ones so you keep your Google rankings. We plan the move as a separate stage, because that's where the surprises are.

How many products can you upload?

Uploading your first catalogue from an Excel or CSV file is part of the project. If there's no file and every product has to be entered by hand, that's separate work, quoted by the number of products.

What happens to stock levels if I also sell in a physical shop?

We can sync with a stock system, but it depends on which one you use and whether it can be connected to the store. We look at your case before promising anything.

Will my products show up in AI search?

Google, ChatGPT and other AI assistants recommend specific products more and more often. They pick stores with clear product pages and complete, correct details for every product. We set the store up so those details are in order. Nobody can guarantee whether or when you'll be recommended.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope. Once we have agreed what the project includes, the quote gives you an exact timeline.

How is the price worked out?

By scope, not by number of pages. After a short call or once you send a request, we send a quote that spells out what is included and what isn't. The quote and the first consultation are free.

Do you work with clients outside Burgas?

Yes. Our office is in Burgas, but most of our projects run fully online, for clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad. When a meeting in person makes sense, we meet.

Who owns the website after launch?

You do. The domain, hosting and logins belong to you. We don't keep your website hostage to sell you maintenance. If you move to someone else, you take everything with you.
