What happens if I use up my technical hours?
We tell you before you go over, and together we decide whether the task waits for next month or is billed as an extra hour. We never charge for hours without warning you first.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes, after a short technical review. It shows us what shape the website is in and whether anything needs fixing before the plan starts. The review is part of the quote.
What does website monitoring include?
Every few minutes an automatic check confirms the website responds. We also track speed, the certificate and known security holes in add-ons. If something stops, the alert comes to us, so you are not waiting for a customer to call and tell you.
Where are the backups stored?
Away from the website's server. A backup on the same machine is not really a backup, because if the server fails, it goes down together with the website.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes, with one month's notice. The website, logins and backups stay with you.
What is INP and why do you track it?
INP is one of Google's Core Web Vitals. It measures how fast a page reacts when someone clicks or types, and in 2024 it replaced the older responsiveness metric. Slow reactions annoy visitors and pull rankings down, so we check it after every change.
How is the price worked out?
By scope, not by number of pages. After a short call or once you send a request, we send a quote that spells out what is included and what isn't. The quote and the first consultation are free.
Do you work with clients outside Burgas?
Yes. Our office is in Burgas, but most of our projects run fully online, for clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad. When a meeting in person makes sense, we meet.
Who owns the website after launch?
You do. The domain, hosting and logins belong to you. We don't keep your website hostage to sell you maintenance. If you move to someone else, you take everything with you.
