SEO that gets you found in Google and in AI answers

We find out how your customers search and what they ask, then build your website around those questions. The aim is to get you into the top results and into the sources Google and AI assistants cite.

How it works

Your customers search in Google and in AI assistants

Google now puts an AI-written summary above the results (AI Overviews), and in AI Mode it answers the way a person would in conversation. More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot straight out who offers what they need, and get a few names back. If your name isn't one of them, the customer never gets as far as comparing.

That's why SEO now has two halves. One moves you up Google with the right words, a well-built website and useful content. The other makes sure the same content gets picked when AI assistants put an answer together. Both stand on the same foundation, so we do them together.

What changes when customers find you on Google

SEO is slow to start and keeps working long after. These are the changes you see along the way.

  1. The website sits on page two or three, where almost nobody goes.
Your main pages climb towards page one for the searches that bring customers.
  2. The copy was written without knowing what people search for and ask.
Every page clearly answers a specific search and the questions around it.
  3. Google can't see some pages or confuses them with each other.
Google sees every page, knows what each one is for and shows it to the right people, and AI assistants understand you.
  4. You don't know whether Google and ChatGPT mention you, or whether your SEO spend pays off.
Every month you see where you stand on Google, how many people came and how many found you through an AI assistant.

What the work includes

Classic SEO and AI search optimisation, each helping the other.

Searches and questions

We collect the words your customers use in Google and the questions they ask AI assistants, and decide which page answers which question.

Technical SEO

The website opens quickly, and Google sees every page and knows how they connect.

Content with clear answers

Titles, descriptions and copy where the answer comes in the first sentences, so both Google and AI assistants pick it up.

Recommendations from AI assistants

We work so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI summaries cite you when someone asks about what you offer.

Structured data

We describe your company, services and products in the language Google and AI assistants read, so they don't mix up what is what.

Reviews and Google profile

A tidy Google Maps profile, more genuine reviews and the same company details everywhere online.

Links and mentions

Links to your website from respected websites, which Google counts as a recommendation and AI assistants draw on, plus clearing out harmful ones.

Monthly report

Where you stand on Google, how many people come, how many come from AI assistants and what we do next, in plain words.

What the service includes

We work on these four areas at the same time, because none of them brings results on its own.

Research and the pages of your website

  • The words and questions people use to find you in your sector
  • Searches grouped by what the person wants
  • Titles and descriptions that Google shows in the results
  • Copy with a short, clear answer at the start
  • A clear order of pages
  • Copy that shows experience and earns trust, because Google looks at that too

The technical side

  • Instructions telling Google which pages to read (sitemap.xml and robots.txt)
  • Checks for pages of yours competing for the same search
  • Clear page addresses and links between pages
  • Loading speed and response to a click (Core Web Vitals)
  • The mobile version, which Google uses to assess the website
  • Broken pages and duplicate pages that confuse Google

Recommendations from AI assistants

  • A check of how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI summaries describe you
  • Question and answer pages that AI assistants can cite
  • A description of your company, services and products that AI assistants read
  • Open access to the website for AI assistants
  • An llms.txt file, a short description of the website for AI, not yet a standard
  • The website in Bing, because Copilot searches through it
  • Visits from AI assistants, counted separately in the statistics

Off the website: recommendations and brand

  • Links to your website from relevant websites
  • Checks for harmful links and removing them
  • Brand mentions in media, directories and forums
  • Being found by people in your area, on Google Maps too
  • Collecting reviews and replying to them
  • Comparison with competitors in Google and in AI answers

What to expect and what not to

SEO takes time, and an honest quote tells you so up front.

What we do

  • We work on searches and questions people really ask
  • We report your place on Google, visits, enquiries and mentions in AI answers, not just “work done”
  • We explain every recommendation with the reason behind it
  • We send a list in order of importance: what brings the most comes first

What we don't do

  • We don't guarantee position #1: nobody can, Google doesn't allow it
  • We don't promise ChatGPT will recommend you: AI answers change from question to question
  • We don't buy links or publish hundreds of AI texts, which Google punishes websites for
  • We don't promise results in a month: the first movement comes after 3 to 4 months

If someone promises you the top spot by a fixed date, ask them what the contract says if they fail to deliver.

How we start

Step 1 of 5Website check

We look at titles, speed, structure, links from other websites and where you stand against competitors. We also check how Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe you. You get a document saying what to fix first.

Step 2 of 5Searches and questions

We research the words people really use to find you and what they ask. That shows which pages and answers are missing and which of your pages get in each other's way.

Step 3 of 5Technical groundwork

We fix everything that stops Google reading the website: broken and duplicate pages, slow loading, missing instructions. We open access for AI assistants too. Without this foundation, everything else only half works.

Step 4 of 5Content, links and brand

We rewrite the copy with clear answers, add the missing pages, tidy up your Google profile and work on links, reviews and brand mentions. This part goes on month after month.

Step 5 of 5Monthly report

Where you stand on Google, how many people come from there and from AI assistants, which pages grow fastest and what comes next. Written without jargon, so you can read it yourself and ask questions.

Frequently asked questions

How long before I see results?

The first movement in rankings usually shows between the third and fourth month, and noticeably more visitors arrive around the sixth. The timing depends on the competition in your sector and on the state of the website at the start. Mentions in AI answers follow the same logic: they come once the website and the brand have content and trust for AI to build on.

Do you guarantee first place in Google?

No. No agency can promise a specific position, because rankings depend on an algorithm we don't control and on what your competitors do. The same is true of recommendations from ChatGPT and other AI assistants. What we guarantee is the work, and open reporting on it.

What is GEO?

GEO is the work that gets AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, and Google's AI summaries, to cite and recommend you. AEO is close to it: making sure any system that gives a ready answer instead of a list of links picks you. Both stand on good classic SEO: clear answers, reviews and mentions of your brand.

How do I get ChatGPT to recommend me?

Nobody can guarantee it, but you can improve your chances. AI assistants recommend businesses they find clear and consistent information about: a website with specific answers, reviews, a Google Maps profile, mentions on other websites and open access to the website. We work on all of that and keep checking how the assistants describe you.

What is an SEO audit and do I need one separately?

The audit is the diagnosis: what holds the website back today and how search engines and AI assistants see you. It's the first step of ongoing SEO and comes included. You can also order it on its own if you want to know where you stand before you decide.

Do you write the copy too?

We can. Copywriting is a separate service, quoted by the number of pages. If you have your own writer, we give them a brief with keywords and structure and they do the writing.

Do I need SEO if I already run ads?

They do different jobs. Ads bring traffic right away and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO builds slowly, but it stays. Most businesses need both, leaning on one or the other at different times.

How is the price worked out?

By scope, not by number of pages. After a short call or once you send a request, we send a quote that spells out what is included and what isn't. The quote and the first consultation are free.

Do you work with clients outside Burgas?

Yes. Our office is in Burgas, but most of our projects run fully online, for clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad. When a meeting in person makes sense, we meet.

Who owns the website after launch?

You do. The domain, hosting and logins belong to you. We don't keep your website hostage to sell you maintenance. If you move to someone else, you take everything with you.

Tell us in a few sentences what your business is and what is holding you back right now.
