UX/UI design where the path to the order is short

We design the website around what your customers want to get done, and make it good-looking and easy at the same time.

How it works

Beautiful and easy to use are two different things: you need both

Good design is two things: how the website works (UX) and how it looks (UI). We design it around who your customers are and how they use it, then give it a good-looking style that makes sense without explanation.

UX is the path: where the information sits, how many clicks an action takes, where people get confused. UI is how that path looks. Neither works without the other.

A good interface goes unnoticed, a bad one is felt immediately

Every unnecessary click is a chance for someone to give up.

  1. Visitors can't find the button they are looking for.
The main actions sit where the eye expects them.
  2. The design gets fixed after the code has already been written.
Changes are made on a clickable mock-up before there is any code, when they cost minutes.
  3. Every screen looks slightly different.
Shared rules for buttons, fields and colours keep every screen consistent.
  4. Forms ask for too much and people stop.
Forms ask only for what is needed, flag errors in time and are easy on every device.

What you get

From the layout to the last screen, ready to be coded.

Analysis and journeys

Who your customers are, what they want to get done and the shortest way there. AI speeds up summarising the data, and we check the conclusions with real people.

Information architecture

What goes where and how people move around the website.

Prototype

A clickable mockup you try out on your phone before development.

Visual design

All main screens in your brand's style.

Design system

Colours, fonts, buttons and fields as one shared system, so new screens can be built quickly and consistently.

For every screen

Phone first, then tablet and desktop.

Easy for everyone

Strong contrast, readable text and buttons big enough for a finger, so nobody has to squint or gets confused.

What it includes

The work before the design is what decides whether the website will do its job.

UX: the path

  • Who your customers are and what they want to get done
  • Organising the content and the menu
  • The customer's path to an order or enquiry
  • Sketches of the main screens
  • Clear wording on buttons and forms
  • Testing and revisions before the design

UI: the look

  • A look that matches your brand
  • Design of all main screens
  • Shared rules for buttons, fields and colours
  • Versions for every device, starting from the phone
  • Strong contrast and buttons that are easy to tap

How we work

Step 1 of 4Research

Who will use the website, for what, and what stops them today. We look at competitors and at your own data, if you have any.

Step 2 of 4Architecture and prototype

We organise the content and make sketches: grey screens with no visual style. This is where the big questions get settled, while changes are still cheap.

Step 3 of 4Visual design

The mock-up gets colours, fonts and details. We also write down the shared rules, so future screens can be made without us.

Step 4 of 4Validation

We put the prototype in front of real people, watch where they hesitate and check it is easy for everyone. We fix what trips them up before it is coded.

Frequently asked questions

Can UX/UI be done separately from development?

Yes. We hand over the design and its rules in a form your own or another team can code. Some of our clients come to us for exactly that.

Why pay for a prototype instead of going straight to design?

Because changing a prototype takes an hour, while changing a coded screen takes days. The prototype is the cheapest moment to find out that something doesn't work.

How do you find out what my customers want?

When we can, we ask them. If there's data, we look at it: what they search for on the website, where they leave, where they abandon the cart. If we have neither, we start from what you know about them and test our assumptions.

How is the price worked out?

By scope, not by number of pages. After a short call or once you send a request, we send a quote that spells out what is included and what isn't. The quote and the first consultation are free.

Do you work with clients outside Burgas?

Yes. Our office is in Burgas, but most of our projects run fully online, for clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad. When a meeting in person makes sense, we meet.

Who owns the website after launch?

You do. The domain, hosting and logins belong to you. We don't keep your website hostage to sell you maintenance. If you move to someone else, you take everything with you.
